Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp spoke about the upcoming match of the 17th round of the English Premier League with Manchester United, which will be held on December 17.
"I never like it when the headlines about Manchester United are not very good before our game with them. The more bad people say about them, the better they play against us," Klopp was quoted as saying by the club's press service.
At the moment, after 16 matches played, Klopp's team is the leader of the championship with 37 points. Manchester United are in sixth place with 27 points after the same number of games played.
Last season, the teams met twice within the framework of the Premier League. In the first match, the Mancunians won Liverpool 2-1, and in the return game, the Merseysiders defeated the Red Devils 7-0.
